have decided to into a transaction whereby Guangu will purchase substantially all of Aitelong’s business

(both communication and power products line), license Aitelong’s patents and rights to use Aitelong’s

 logo and license trademark in perpetuity.

After this transaction:

1. Aitelong’s brand and logo will keep using for oversea market.

2. Aitelong team keeping supporting all of our valuable customer and partners in better provide quality

    with competitive products and service.

3. Aitelong will use new payment account from now, please see below, any other payment request which

    is different from below bank information will be judged as an invalid account.
