    SAT-ALU600 UPS Storage Battery Tester is the special instrument for testing UPS battery pack (16-40 section cells) and lead-acid battery pack with 12V cell, which possesses the functions of “online monitoring”, “check discharge” and etc.

    This equipment adopts current advanced testing technology, and obtain a series of breakthrough of research and application of new technology, new parts, new material and new technics, which is special testing instrument for storage battery performance detection. With big discharge power, small volume, light weight, and complete function of upper computer data management software, which could greatly decrease daily workload of storage battery test and maintenance.

◆ 1.2 Main functions and features

·Online monitoring:

    When the battery pack is under the state of online discharge, uniform charge, floating charge, it could perform real-time monitoring for battery pack and cell; it includes the whole pack voltage, cell voltage, whole pack charge/discharge current, whole pack charge capacity, whole pack discharge capacity, monitoring time and etc;

    The user could set up monitoring cell quantity.

·Check discharge:

    It could perform constant current check discharge taking advantage of intelligent dummy load and set up “discharge current”, “discharge time”, “discharge capacity”, “whole pack off protection voltage”, “cell off protection voltage” and parameters after the battery pack is removed from the system, the tester would automatically carry out discharge function, and display discharge current, battery discharged capacity, whole pack voltage, cell voltage, discharge time and etc at real time; when the battery pack reaches discharge voltage setting value, off discharge capacity setting value, off discharge time setting value, any cell voltage is below off cell voltage setting value or manually stopping operation could stop discharge test.

·The user could set up discharge cell quantity.

 It could save 10 groups of online monitoring data and 10 groups of check discharge testing data; the user could perform query, deletion and upload.

 The data could upload to PC by serial port, and could also export to U disc.

·Automatic protection:

 When detecting whole pack or cell is abnormal and working of tester is abnormal during test, the tester would automatically stop the test in order to protecting the battery.

 The mainframe of tester adopts the design integrating monitoring unit with power unit, the power unit adopts new-type high-efficiency parts, and it is a storage battery tester with small volume and high efficiency.

 Humanized operation interface, simple operation, clear flow, the each operation has English cue.

 Aquarine blue, high-brightness and large-screen LCD, and the display effect is clear and great.

 Upper computer data management software possesses powerful function, friendly interface, and provides data management, print, analysis, report form statistic, automatic creation of test report and etc.
