5. AMS analysis software
With plug & play function. It adopts modularized
distribution technology, which can shield the fault
of one point and make other part running normally, once
the fault is recovered, the shield will be canceled
automatically, multi-layer frame technology of AMS ensures
system security, block off possible vicious-attack.
The single server of AMS can monitor over 500 battery
packs.
Friendly and intuitionistic interface, easy for operation,
and making professional analysis report for battery
management.
6. Voltage acquisition unit: each
unit collects 40 cells, with temperature interface and
current interface（RS485 between unit and unit, and the
unit can expand.）
7. Inner resistance unit: each inner
resistance unit manages one battery pack; with multi-protection
function, and the test is safe, accurate and stable.
8. Monitor unit: data storage, display and
alarm.
9. Control unit: control and data
processing, and intelligent protocol transform RS485
into TCP/IP and connect to LAN. |
