It could reduce company cost, decrease labor intensity of maintenance staff, and provide complete and scientific detection means for battery and UPS power supply maintenance. It is applied in telecom, base station, power and other departments, perform deep discharge according to the needs, and then charge; it could also activate battery pack or cell taking advantage of strong charge function of constant current, and make the battery keeping full power state at any moment and lengthen battery service life.
